This notice explains what personal data IntentFind ("we") handles, why, and how you can control it. Contact us at founder@intentfind.com.
1. People who visit this website or contact us
- Form submissions. When you request a sample we collect your work email, company, the targeting preferences you choose, any notes, and which page you came from. We use them to prepare and send your sample and to follow up about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
- Payments. Pilot payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing details and the targeting answers you give at checkout, but never your full card number.
2. People who appear in our deliveries
Our customers are sales teams at compliance software and audit firms. For each company we deliver, we include 2-3 business contacts: name, job title, work email and a public professional profile link.
- Sources. Company websites, public job posts, public professional profiles, press releases, and business contact data providers. We check work emails with SMTP verification.
- What we don't collect. Personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, home addresses, or any special-category data.
- Legal basis. Legitimate interest: helping businesses find other businesses that are likely to need their services, limited to people's professional roles.
- Opting out. Email founder@intentfind.comwith the subject "Remove me". We will delete your data, add your email to our suppression list so it is never delivered again, and confirm within 30 days.
3. Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Workspace (email), Resend (form notification emails), Telegram (internal notifications), Stripe (payments), and business contact data and email verification providers. Some are located outside the UK and EU; where required, transfers are covered by those providers' standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Sample requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Contact data in deliveries: refreshed or removed when it is no longer current, and at most 24 months.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to our processing, or restrict it. We do not sell personal data for money, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects. Email founder@intentfind.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
